Diego Rivera Presentation
I pick the Diego Rivera presentation to be in my portfolio because I worked really hard on this project and my work got paid off. In this project I had to do research on Diego Rivera and then prepare the presentation and finally presented to my whole class. This was one of my favorite Spanish project, I was really into this project. My strengths in this project was actually getting the project done and also presenting the project. It was very easy to present to the class and give them all the information that they needed. My weaknesses in this project was that it was really hard to actually get good information about Diego Rivera. Some of the information where not right. From this piece of work I learned that is important to check the websites you get your information from because you don't want to get the wrong information out to your classmates. I was really proud about completing this project and at out all the project we did in Spanish class this was one of my favorite. This presentation really shows how good I am with Spanish and it shows that I understood the project very well. This piece of work shows my talent when it comes to make presentation, and I also got a really good grade.

Digital Photography: Reflection in Water

I choose this picture from my Digital Photography class to be in my portfolio because it was honestly one of the best picture that I took in the class. In Digital Photography class I struggle a lot because I didn't really like the class and I was just not into it. I knew that I had to work hard at some point even though I didn't enjoy even the class. My strengths in this picture is that I got the task done which was to get a picture in a water reflection. Another strength is that in the picture you can see a lot of objects such as the buildings and the tree which get reflected in the water. My weakness in this picture is that is not a really wow factor picture. The picture is not so amazing but to me it kind of is because it was pretty much my best photo from the whole years. If I could do this project again I would of took my time and really try to photograph something amazing. Overall this picture pretty much shows my grow in Digital Photography.

Dystopia: Cell Phone Letter

I pick my Cell Phone Letter essay from Dystopia class because It was the best essay I wrote in the class. What we had to do in this project was to write a letter to the mayor who is Bill De Blasio on whether phones should be banned from school. In the letter I wrote that I think that cell phones should be banned from school. My strengths in the essay was getting the essay done and including everything that was ask to be included. I wrote the essay with a lot of details and I gave a lot of examples and evidence to support my claim. My weakness in the essay was the I has some spelling errors in the essay, and also I didn't cite my sources in some parts. I didn't get an excellent grade on the essay but I am proud of the work that I did and how I got the essay done. Also I enjoy doing the essay because it was a topic that I was interested in and it really caught my attention. At the end the letter was send to the governor and also to the Chancellor Farina.

End of the year reflection:
This year was very excited and hard at the same time. It was excited because I was one year closer to ending high school and especially going into my senior years. It was hard because their was a lot of work and struggle to keep on track during the year. I had my moments where I just wanted to give up but I knew that I had to be strong and keep on going. I started off the year very happy and with good grades. In the second quarter I was doing well in some classes and in others bad. In the three quarter pretty much did bad in all my classes and the fourth quarter started the same way. I still mange to pass most of my classes. Am very proud of the student that I have become since freshman year and I still can not believe that am going to be a senior. I am very excited for next year and to still what the future will hold for me.
